Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we strive to ensure that the product you receive matches the images displayed on our website. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or monitor settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your sales receipt from your account dashboard under “Order History” after completing a purchase. A copy is also emailed to you automatically.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We regularly update our inventory. Out-of-stock items may be restocked, but availability depends on supplier stock. You can subscribe to notifications to be alerted when an item is back in stock.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship to Saudia Arabia only. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
